Terms·
These Terms of Service (« Terms ») govern your access to rnexx.tech and any digital design, development or automation services provided by rnexx (« we », « us », « our »), based in Cameroon, Douala, BAO Bonamoussadi. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
Website use
You may browse our portfolio and contact pages for lawful purposes only. You must not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape content at scale without permission, or use our materials in a way that infringes intellectual property rights.
Services & proposals
Project scope, deliverables, timelines and fees are defined in a written proposal, statement of work or contract agreed before work begins. Verbal agreements are not binding until confirmed in writing.
Client responsibilities
- Provide timely feedback, assets and access required for delivery
- Ensure supplied content does not violate third-party rights
- Pay invoices according to agreed payment terms
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, rnexx retains ownership of pre-existing tools, frameworks and know-how. Upon full payment, clients receive the usage rights specified in their project agreement — typically ownership or a licence to use final deliverables for their business.
We may showcase completed work in our portfolio and marketing unless a confidentiality clause states otherwise.
Payments & refunds
Deposits and milestone payments are non-refundable once work has started, except where required by applicable law. Late payments may pause delivery until accounts are settled.
Limitation of liability
Our services are provided with professional care. To the fullest extent permitted by law, rnexx is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
Third-party tools
Projects may integrate hosting, APIs, payment gateways or other third-party services governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for outages or policy changes outside our control.
Termination
Either party may terminate a project as set out in the signed agreement. Upon termination, the client pays for work completed to date and any non-cancellable third-party costs.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cameroon, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Douala, unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.
Changes
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
